Serve as a trusted advisor to the site directors and site leadership teams.
Proactively challenge assumptions and drive informed decision making to improve profitability, cost structure and cash flow.
Translate operational strategies into financial plans, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Provide site P&L leadership: conversion cost per unit, OEE, yield/scrap, labor productivity, maintenance effectiveness and other cost optimization initiatives.
Drive optimal inventory levels and own North America inventory valuation and provision.
Lead and develop the team of manufacturing controllers of the respective manufacturing sites.
Deliver timely, relevant and actionable insights through advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years progressive experience in finance roles within a global manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in financial, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner to senior supply chain leaders.
Leadership experience in managing international teams.
Proficiency in SAP (S/4HANA), BI and planning tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Fabric, Power BI).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
