• Successful candidates will forge new divisions, make inroads with our patrons, and define best practices.
• Provide strategic oversight while onboarding patrons, ingesting documents, supporting/clarifying functionality.
• Work closely with other delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs of Copia's clients.
• Work in a complex, team-oriented, fast-paced environment alongside the Copia team, patrons, and 3rd party partners.
