About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Successful candidates will forge new divisions, make inroads with our patrons, and define best practices.
- Provide strategic oversight while onboarding patrons, ingesting documents, supporting/clarifying functionality.
- Work closely with other delivery teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs of Copia's clients.
- Work in a complex, team-oriented, fast-paced environment alongside the Copia team, patrons, and 3rd party partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services, private banking, or financial technology.
- A big plus for candidates who hold a CFA, CAIA, or CFP.
- College/University degree or related work experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of G-Suite, HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Slack, and any other applicable customer communication technology.
