About the role

  • Manage Global Benefits Programs: Support the execution and continuous improvement of global benefits programs, with a primary focus on health and welfare benefits, tailored to regional and cultural needs.
  • US Benefits Support: Lead the management of U.S. based health and welfare programs, including vendor management, program analytics, employee communications, and annual benefits renewal process.
  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive and innovative benefits offerings.
  • Localized Benefits and Global Standards: Support the customization of benefits programs based on regional and cultural differences, ensuring compliance and relevancy in all geographies, while maintaining adherence to global benefit standards.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program administration and compliance with global regulations.
  • Program Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies for benefits programs, ensuring clarity and engagement across the organization.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure that benefits programs are following local and international regulations, maintaining consistency across the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align benefits with the broader Total Rewards strategy, promoting a comprehensive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Benefits Management, with administration of global programs.
  • Experience managing a team or leading initiatives within a benefits function.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
  • Experience working in a global company or with Total Rewards consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM or similar HR management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of global benefits compliance and regulations.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
