Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in program management, project management, field service operations, controls/HVACR execution, construction commissioning, or multi-site retail rollout programs.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (field service, engineering, project management, operations, supply chain, and sales) to deliver complex customer programs across multiple locations simultaneously.
Strong customer-facing experience supporting enterprise or national accounts, with the ability to manage schedules, risks, escalations, and execution alignment across stakeholders.
Experience working in ERP or project tracking environments (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, QuickBase, MS Project).
