About the role

  • Review and filing of externally prepared partnership and corporate federal and state income tax returns
  • Assist in preparing quarterly partnership tax distribution calculations
  • Prepare the U.S. GAAP annual and quarterly global tax provision
  • Facilitate federal, state and certain foreign income tax audits
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting (ASC 740) and tax compliance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with tax technology systems, preferably OneSource.
