About the role
- Review and filing of externally prepared partnership and corporate federal and state income tax returns
- Assist in preparing quarterly partnership tax distribution calculations
- Prepare the U.S. GAAP annual and quarterly global tax provision
- Facilitate federal, state and certain foreign income tax audits
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting (ASC 740) and tax compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with tax technology systems, preferably OneSource.
