💰 €38,500 - €45,000 per year

About the role

  • Independently manage the entire sales process — from first contact through to successful deal closure
  • Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads and proactively acquire new customers via cold outreach
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess needs and deliver persuasive closing calls with decision-makers in a B2B environment
  • Maintain, document, and systematically manage all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and actively network within the industry
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure structured handover of new customers and a successful implementation
  • Participate in events and conferences to acquire customers and strengthen CopeCart’s market position.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree (e.g., business administration, sales, marketing, or equivalent)
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in a digital B2B SaaS, FinTech, or e-commerce environment
  • Demonstrable experience in inbound and outbound sales
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Structured, independent, and performance-oriented work style
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and excellent negotiation abilities
  • Very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
