• Manage performance media, SEO/GEO, content, and referral channels
• Lead CRM, automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and integration with Sales
• Develop and monitor the customer journey from acquisition through post-sale
• Establish relationship initiatives, NPS programs, retention, and referral strategies
• Manage brand, communications, campaigns, and experience at sales stands
• Lead agencies, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage the Marketing budget, reallocating investments based on performance
