About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement strategies for demand generation, acquisition, and conversion
- Manage performance media, SEO/GEO, content, and referral channels
- Lead CRM, automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and integration with Sales
- Develop and monitor the customer journey from acquisition through post-sale
- Establish relationship initiatives, NPS programs, retention, and referral strategies
- Manage brand, communications, campaigns, and experience at sales stands
- Lead agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage the Marketing budget, reallocating investments based on performance
- Track CAC, CPL, CPQ, ROAS, conversion, NPS, and other KPIs
- Integrate data, martech, dashboards, and AI applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, CRM, CX, or Customer Relations
- Proven experience in managerial roles and leading teams
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Strong knowledge of performance media and the acquisition funnel
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, martech, and data analysis
- Familiarity with CAC, CPL, CPQ, ROAS, attribution, NPS, and LTV
- Experience with customer journeys that combine digital and physical environments
- Hands-on, results-oriented profile and comfortable in fast-evolving or building environments
- Autonomous, proactive, with an ownership mindset and strong executive communication skills
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to Marketing and CX
