• Stay organized by keeping accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions.
• Meet daily performance goals, including making 70+ calls a day and processing 40+ live lots daily.
• Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams, where we’ll stay connected and collaborate.
• Follow all Copart policies and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in your work.
• Help out with other tasks or assist teammates as needed.

• Coordinate and interface with applicable equipment leasing and finance companies regarding ongoing maintenance of the leased trucks
• Track maintenance schedules for each leased truck
• Develop and implement a third-party leasing and finance company reporting maintenance program for all leased vehicles in the TIB Program
• Track and log maintenance reports to confirm timely inspections, services, and repairs
• Track compliance, generate reports, and identify trends and risks
• Verify and update third-party leasing and finance company program to include preventive maintenance schedules and compliance benchmarks
• Assist third-party leasing and finance company in sourcing low-cost options for tires, parts, equipment, and fuel
• Educate TIB business owners regarding best practices, DOT compliance, safety inspections, and insurance requirements
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance, downtime, and costs to recommend improvements

Truck in a Box Maintenance Manager

Customer Service Representative

• Conduct onboarding meetings with new TIB vendor business owners to ensure a smooth start in the TIB Program
• Establish strong rapport with TIB vendor business owners and offer suggestions and resources to help them grow their towing business
• Connect TIB vendor business owners with industry contacts and towing opportunities, including suggestions on how to find additional sources of business outside of Copart
• Answer questions regarding TIB vendor business owners with small business as to grants and loans that may be available
• Support TIB vendor business owners as to compliance with their TIB contract and strengthen their vendor alliance with Copart
• Assist TIB vendor business owners with Catastrophe Response opportunities through Copart
• Identify basic accounting and budgeting guidance for TIB vendor business owners with minimal financial management experience
• Problem-solve challenges as a sounding board to TIB vendor business owners face in day-to-day business operations
• Monitor contractual compliance of TIB vendor business owners to ensure operational efficiency
• Provide TIB vendor business owners with information on finding low-cost solutions for maintenance, tires, equipment, and fuel sourcing
• Deliver requested suggestions, accountability, and actionable tools to help TIB vendor business owners scale successfully
• Draft and help improve internal processes to speed up onboarding of new TIB vendor business owners
• Interview new applicants for the TIB Program and determine, based on towing industry experience and other factors, whether the business owners are a good fit
• From time to time, assist other departments with administrative tasks to support overall company operations
