About the role
- Execute the commercial strategies defined for the non-traditional channel, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Manage and develop the client portfolio, strengthening relationships and business opportunities.
- Monitor commercial targets and performance indicators for the accounts served.
- Plan and oversee store replenishment, ensuring product availability during launch periods.
- Develop the portfolio in the stores served, expanding product mix presence and sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand the channel, including prospecting new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in sales and account management, preferably in pharmacy or variety-store channels.
- Proficiency with tools including Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and basic Power BI for reading dashboards.
- Intermediate English.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Business or Sales Strategy is desirable.
