About the role

  • Execute the commercial strategies defined for the non-traditional channel, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Manage and develop the client portfolio, strengthening relationships and business opportunities.
  • Monitor commercial targets and performance indicators for the accounts served.
  • Plan and oversee store replenishment, ensuring product availability during launch periods.
  • Develop the portfolio in the stores served, expanding product mix presence and sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the channel, including prospecting new customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience in sales and account management, preferably in pharmacy or variety-store channels.
  • Proficiency with tools including Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and basic Power BI for reading dashboards.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Business or Sales Strategy is desirable.
