About the role

  • Conduct proactive outbound sales by phone to inactive B2B clients (reactivation of inactive customers).
  • Conduct follow-up on orders and proposals.
  • Monitor the order journey from invoicing through delivery.
  • Maintain a close, consultative relationship with B2B clients.
  • Ensure execution of commercial sales targets.
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, or other related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B processes: credit, pricing, terms, price lists/tables, and order management.
  • Highly organized to manage a high volume of clients.
  • Experience with VTEX and Protheus systems.
  • Sales training or certification preferred.
  • Intermediate English.
