About the role
- Conduct proactive outbound sales by phone to inactive B2B clients (reactivation of inactive customers).
- Conduct follow-up on orders and proposals.
- Monitor the order journey from invoicing through delivery.
- Maintain a close, consultative relationship with B2B clients.
- Ensure execution of commercial sales targets.
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, or other related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of B2B processes: credit, pricing, terms, price lists/tables, and order management.
- Highly organized to manage a high volume of clients.
- Experience with VTEX and Protheus systems.
- Sales training or certification preferred.
- Intermediate English.
