About the role
- Management of the product portfolio for the Decks and Games lines: propose release calendars and manage the product line;
- Ensure adherence to release schedules for the Decks and Games lines;
- Collaborate with BI and the Cartamundi group to analyze and identify market trends and opportunities for new products;
- Manage and allocate tasks within the product development team using Monday.com;
- Periodic updates to PQ 030 - Procedure for Product Development;
- Update reporting on inventory levels for Decks and Games;
- Prepare agendas for regular meetings with the commercial/sales team for decisions on product reprints/delists, positioning, pricing, and production quantities;
- Review and approve Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and production orders submitted to the factory;
- Analyze product demand with the Commercial/Sales area and act as liaison with R&D, Purchasing, and Production;
- Monitor product lifecycle together with the team;
- Prepare strategic presentations related to the Decks and Games division;
- Manage relationships with licensors and seek new business through partnerships;
- Prepare sales forecasts for products (licensors and sales budget).
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
- Advanced/Fluent English is required.
- Knowledge/experience in forecasting, product development, and working cross-functionally within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in consumer goods is a plus.
