About the role
- Increase market share in the region under your responsibility.
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets, even in competitive environments.
- Lead, train and motivate sales teams, fostering high performance and engagement.
- Identify new prospecting and account expansion opportunities, working with the organization’s full product portfolio.
- Define regional targets together with the Director and ensure their execution across different states.
- Monitor sales, margin and market-share KPIs.
- Prepare management reports and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the link between the executive board and regional operations, conveying the organization’s values and culture.
- Ensure that corporate policies and standards are applied consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- MBA or postgraduate degree.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Salesforce CRM.
- Leadership skills.
- English language proficiency is a plus.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- TOTVS ERP knowledge is a plus.
