About the role
- Perform the full employee hiring process, from entry into Gupy and Senior to document verification, contract generation and onboarding follow-up, ensuring a positive experience for the new employee;
- Prepare the PPP document (employee occupational profile), coordinate with QSMS (Quality, Safety, Environment and Health), monitor the process through final signature and ensure correct delivery to the employee;
- Monitor schedules, perform calculations, issue notices and receipts, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines;
- Post entries related to hires, vacations, leaves, benefits and events that impact payroll, ensuring data integrity;
- Support employees and managers with questions about procedures, internal policies and labor legislation, acting as a facilitator in personnel administration processes;
- Review payroll amounts, schedule payments and manage communications/governance with labor unions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Human Resources or Accounting;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) – Intermediate level;
- Generalist profile in Administration and HR;
- Experience with Senior and SAP systems;
- Knowledge of payroll calculations, vacations, termination processes and labor legislation;
- Experience managing end-to-end employee leave processes.
