About the role
- Support in the testing subproject: planning, execution and documentation of tests for complex systems
- Creating test cases as well as systematic analysis and tracking of defects
- Support in the training subproject: design, preparation and delivery of end-user trainings
- Creating training materials, guides and presentations
- Close collaboration with the project team and interfaces to business units and end users
Requirements
- Experience in testing more complex ICT systems
- Practical experience in designing and delivering training for end users
- Knowledge of Polypoint PEP or comparable workforce/shift-scheduling or clinical information systems desirable
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities and enjoyment in engaging with various stakeholders
- Independent and reliable work approach as well as organizational aptitude
- Business-fluent German required; good English skills are an advantage
