About the role
- Provide professional walk-in IT support on-site and assist employees
- Provide remote support, especially for employees working from home
- Manage and maintain loaner devices
- Perform tasks in warehouse and inventory management
- Coordinate repairs and ensure defective devices are restored to working order promptly
- Assist new employees during onboarding and ensure technical readiness
Requirements
- Completed training or certification in IT support (e.g., ICT Supporter) or an equivalent qualification
- Strong customer orientation and a genuine interest in providing competent user support
- Self-driven and structured work style and the ability to share knowledge within a team
- Experience supporting applications and networks, incident management, and IT asset administration
- Good knowledge of current operating systems (Windows, macOS, mobile)
- Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English
