About the role

  • Provide professional walk-in IT support on-site and assist employees

Requirements

  • Experience supporting applications and networks, incident management, and IT asset administration
  • Good knowledge of current operating systems (Windows, macOS, mobile)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English
