About the role
- Ensure operational application management for Polypoint PEP and swiss+
- Support and further develop existing applications in close collaboration with business units, IT and external partners
- Analyze, prioritize and handle incident reports, and coordinate implementation of fixes
- Plan and execute tests, including test documentation and quality assurance
- Prepare and deliver user training
- Actively contribute to the myPolypoint/smartPEP project, particularly in testing, rollout and documentation
- Support release changes, updates and deployment processes
- Develop technical and functional specifications
Requirements
- Completed ICT-related education or equivalent qualification
- Experience in application management, ideally with Polypoint PEP and/or swiss+
- Solid knowledge of Oracle DBMS
- Experience working in projects, especially in testing and training
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and a strong service orientation
- Enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent, reliable and proactive personality
- Fluent German required; good English skills advantageous
