About the role
- Driving sales in the assigned geographical region including:
- - Manage all leads, customers and distributors within a defined territory ( MP & CG)
- - Develop leads into closed deals
- - Build strong customer relationships
- - Build strong relationship with the distributors handling the customers within the assigned area
- - Ensure that distributors receive the relevant product training
- - Provide product demonstrations and support
- - Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
- - Continuously manage a sales pipeline developing strategies for increasing opportunities
- - Communicate between sales, distributors, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
- - Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation
- - Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
- - Execution of clinical & marketing activities to drive sales
- - Inventory forecasting for assigned territory
- - Monitor performance of distributors
- - Collection of payment on time to close sales
- - Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company
Requirements
- Degrees in technical fields (e.g. engineering) or science (e.g. biology) and /or business administration
- >8 years med tech/devices/Pharma/LS sales experience
- >3-year sales experience from reputed national/international company
- English & Hindi
