Support teammates and customers in France
Optimize customer experience
Advise and guide customers on product use
Travel to labs/clinics around Europe, mainly France, and occasionally worldwide to service, repair, and install mechanical, electronic and/or software-related medical devices
Maintain tools and spares equipment in line with specification
Assist other Field Service Engineers, including cross training and shadowing
Participate in equipment provision for workshops, conferences, and trade shows (setup and tear down)
Follow company systems and procedures and comply with local legislation
Assist with telephone technical support and cover FLS (Front Line Support) duties when required
Manage travel arrangements related to fieldwork focusing on reducing downtime and travel-related costs
Report to Field Service Supervisor - France, Turkey & Middle East and collaborate with EMEA team
Field-based role with expected weekly travelling; preferred location Paris or surrounding area
Requirements
Diploma in engineering, technical or Certificate of Higher Education
+ 3 years of experience from a similar role. Medical or IVF is a plus
Experience from an international set-up
Time management and planning skills
Solution oriented with business understanding
Structured and systematic approach
Good diplomatic communication and collaboration skills
Be able to navigate in a diverse landscape of clients
Fluent France and strong English skills. Another language is a plus
Good interpersonal communication skills when relating to customers, peers, and management

Good understanding of RMA processes
Analytical ability to diagnose the repair needs of improperly functioning products
