About the role

  • Align IT strategy with short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Map the company's capabilities and services, promoting visibility and systemic understanding.
  • Define and propose the continuous evolution of business capabilities and their operating model.
  • Work on new initiatives, understanding the needs of business areas and proposing optimal solutions from a corporate architecture perspective.
  • Conduct maturity analyses of business capabilities, with structured action plans for improvement.
  • Evaluate company systems from both functional and technical perspectives, focusing on integrity, adherence and sustainability. Draft and maintain the strategic technology roadmap, emphasizing rationalization and modernization of the technology landscape.
  • Evolve business architecture models and artifacts, promoting consistent and reusable practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Architect, with strong involvement in strategy, capability modeling and technology planning.
  • Solid knowledge of Solution Architecture.
  • Experience with cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in on-premises environments and hybrid architectures.
  • Systemic view of business and technology, with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management practices, IT governance and strategic planning.
  • Analytical capability, structured thinking and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to facilitate workshops and alignments with business and IT areas.
  • Preferred: Certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar.
  • Preferred: Experience in digital transformation projects, legacy system modernization or implementation of data operating models.
