• Ensure flawless execution of new program launches within the ISG business portfolio.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to the Cooper Standard Launch Management System (CLauS).
• Lead cross-functional teams comprised of engineering, program management, sales and manufacturing to achieve launch metrics.
• Develop and manage launch dashboard for timely reporting.
• Lead and oversee programs and projects assigned to his/her department.
• Responsible for on-time execution of ClauS at plant level from equipment purchasing, installation, run-off and release for production.
• Provide support during quoting process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer expectations regarding costumer service, product quality, on-time delivery communications.

Engineer

• The Senior Advanced Process Engineer (Extrusion) is responsible for providing technical leadership and support to Cooper Standard manufacturing facilities in all aspects of extrusion processing and technology.
• Drives the standardization and continuous improvement of extrusion processes across product lines, focusing on production performance, process capability, quality, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Works closely with Cooper Standard’s manufacturing facilities to reduce cost, improve quality and achieve advancements in both process and product technology.
• Leads the research and implementation of new or improved equipment/tooling/processes to satisfy changing production requirements.
• Assists in the validation of new processes as necessary.
• May be required to obtain/negotiate approval or revisions to customer product specifications.
• Initiates projects and tasks through creative insight, leveraging manufacturing and product knowledge.
• Confirms feasibility/capability of proposed product/process improvements using statistical methods.
• Assists in the transfer of product and process between manufacturing facilities.
• For assigned technologies, will act as communicative link between CS technical and manufacturing sites, including other global regions, for the purpose of process development, best practice exchange, standardization, etc.
• Keeps current on developments related to manufacturing and product technology through meetings with suppliers, customers, trade publications, etc.

• Support consistent company branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Write, edit, and proofread content for customer communications, internal messaging, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the global communications team to share best practices and ensure alignment.
• Publish and update website content, assist with landing page creation, and coordinate with internal or external teams on improvements.
• Manage email automation tools, build workflows, segment audiences, and maintain nurturing sequences.
• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation and content development.
• Execute SEO-aligned content updates to improve visibility and search performance.
• Manage annual content calendar and apply industrial writing expertise to develop clear, compelling content across various formats.
• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials including graphics, presentations, and printed assets.
• Partner with the commercial team to support campaign timelines and lead qualification.
