About the role

  • Analyze, design and optimize our business processes
  • Establish clear and accessible process documentation
  • Support the development of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
  • Create and maintain relevant quality management (QM) documents
  • Conduct and prepare internal audits
  • Support departments on quality-related issues
  • Maintain and further develop our process management software (e.g. BIC)

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on process/quality management
  • Some experience in process or quality management
  • Beneficial: basic knowledge of ISO standards (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
  • Very good German language skills
  • Enjoy structuring, analyzing and improving
  • Enjoy working with people and actively sharing knowledge
  • Enjoy shaping new things and supporting change in a positive way
