💰 $86,800 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural integrity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire codes, environmental regulations and company safety policies
- Manage relationships with service providers and contractors
- Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget
- Maintain records of facility assets, inspections and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance management
- Experience managing vendors, budgets and maintenance programs
- Strong knowledge of building systems and warehouse infrastructure
- Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety standards
- Proficient in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
