Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Advise management on financial performance, trends, and projections.
Formulate financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Direct efforts to optimize accounting systems and processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry.
Proven track record of leading successful financial initiatives and strategies.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
High level of expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
