About the role

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation.
  • Provide support to sales teams in the form of lead generation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer service standards and best practices.
  • Participate in customer service training programs and workshops.

Requirements

  • An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required, with experience in the transportation and logistics industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
