About the role
- Maintain and grow the existing client base and meet monthly and annual retention targets
- Prospect for new business and develop a qualified pipeline of leads
- Manage client relationships, both existing and new
- Monthly billing and financial reporting
- General administrative duties
- Represent the DSV brand
- Analysis of sales related information and report weekly
- Maintaining client data and update regularly
- Manage tender/proposal production and delivery
- Create sustainable value for customers
- Implementation and communication of signed business
Requirements
- Min 3 years Senior Key Account Management & New Business sales experience
- Experience in prospecting for strategic new business
- Track record in achieving new business sales targets
- Tender Management
- Experience in selling secure distribution and presenting to C Level
- Maintain and grow existing customer base
- Experience with implementation of strategic accounts
- Reporting day to day to the General Manager
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Strong business development skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- Professional conduct & appearance
- Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
