About the role

  • Partner with business leaders to guide/support business initiatives and align them against the HR strategy.
  • Act as a change agent for transforming agendas and ensuring manager preparedness for people matters.
  • Establish robust recruitment processes to ensure talent retention.
  • Facilitate employee training and development, including orientations.
  • Administer employee recognition programs, exit interviews, and data analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Must provide HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders at sites/branches or within functions.
  • Responsible for successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives in various domains including Talent Management and Employee Engagement.
  • Execute recruiting strategies for various positions including Managerial and Administrative roles.
  • Additional Human Resource duties such as retention strategies and legal compliance.
