About the role
- Partner with business leaders to guide/support business initiatives and align them against the HR strategy.
- Act as a change agent for transforming agendas and ensuring manager preparedness for people matters.
- Establish robust recruitment processes to ensure talent retention.
- Facilitate employee training and development, including orientations.
- Administer employee recognition programs, exit interviews, and data analysis for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must provide HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders at sites/branches or within functions.
- Responsible for successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives in various domains including Talent Management and Employee Engagement.
- Execute recruiting strategies for various positions including Managerial and Administrative roles.
- Additional Human Resource duties such as retention strategies and legal compliance.
