About the role
- Own the routing and booking services within the Enterprise Data Platform
- Enhance automation, track lessons learned, and optimize processes
- Define processes and business requirements for routing and booking desk components
- Create, implement and maintain standards, processes, data dictionaries, and documentation
- Manage data quality by creating and implementing measures
- Own the improvement pipeline and lead innovation, automation, and standardization
- Conduct regular training sessions with end-users and shared services
Requirements
- Experience with master data management processes
- Strong understanding of business operations
- Experience mapping, describing and improving processes using various methodologies
- Experience with logistics or IT (bonus)
- Experience with agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or Lean (bonus)
- PSPO certification (plus)
- Speak and write English fluently
