About the role

  • Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central (DSV’s Global HRIS that is powered by SAP SuccessFactors) including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding and other modules.
  • Manually update employee data on a large scale.
  • Partner with the country team to ensure that employee data in our HR ecosystems comply with DSV governance and policies by performing regular audits.
  • Partner with Country Teams and local HR Partners to ensure data accuracy while providing education on the DSV policies and DSV Employee Central functionality.
  • This position will have additional project and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or related area of study required.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management, and Training).
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Proficient Level of English (spoken & written).
