About the role

  • leading and developing the Supervisors and their teams within the department;
  • ensuring the optimal deployment of employees and supporting their professional development;

Requirements

  • a higher professional education level (HBO) with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service, logistics or operations;
  • excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken;
  • strong leadership skills combined with strategic insight, analytical ability and the capability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
