About the role
- leading and developing the Supervisors and their teams within the department;
- ensuring the optimal deployment of employees and supporting their professional development;
- maintaining oversight of the quality and progress of the service delivery;
- managing performance by monitoring KPIs and analysing reports;
- translating agreements from SLAs into clear working methods and continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes.
Requirements
- a higher professional education level (HBO) with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service, logistics or operations;
- excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken;
- strong leadership skills combined with strategic insight, analytical ability and the capability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
