About the role
- Act as an integral member of the EMEA Control Tower while providing dedicated support to local operations.
- Ensure the effective implementation of standardised processes, best practices, and governance across the account.
- Support the execution of initiatives within Contract Management to drive operational performance improvements.
- Review and refine customer‑related topics to continually meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in solution design and strategic discussions with ECT and commercial teams.
- Lead the seamless integration and go‑live of new business lanes, ensuring full compliance with contractual and operational standards.
- Develop and deliver customer‑specific action plans with the ECT team and stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring timely action and contract adherence.
- Prepare and present monthly pipeline overviews, outlining progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct customer analysis to identify performance trends, improvement areas, and value‑creation opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support strategic alignment across all DSV divisions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in freight transport and end‑to‑end logistics.
- Ability to analyse complex customer setups and interpret strategic expectations.
- Skilled at identifying innovative, value‑adding solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Results‑oriented with a strong focus on financial optimisation and cost management.
- Experienced professional with either strong operational expertise and commercial acumen, or a strong commercial background supported by operational knowledge.
- Confident engaging with senior leaders, with the ability to communicate transparently and constructively.
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and resolving conflicts of interest.
- Clear and effective communicator internally and with customers.
- Strong decision‑maker who can stand firm while remaining open to alternative viewpoints.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, and more — able to present data and insights effectively.
