About the role

  • Act as a key support specialist for Ariba (Procurement Systems)
  • Ensure smooth system operations, resolving incidents, and supporting continuous improvements within the Ariba environment
  • Support selected Finance-related processes and Concur where needed
  • Investigate and resolve incidents in line with defined processes, SOPs and KPIs
  • Escalate complex issues to IT teams, vendors or 3rd line support if needed
  • Provide system usage guidance and support to business stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Ariba
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades and optimization activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba support or administration
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes (PR, PO, sourcing, catalogues)
  • Experience in roles & access management and workflow setup in Ariba
  • Experience in analyzing integration and data flow issues
  • Concur knowledge is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SAP FI or finance processes is a plus (not the main focus)
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management principles is an advantage
  • English: C1
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working independently and in a multinational virtual team
  • Able to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proactive in improving ways of working
  • Curious and eager to deepen system expertise
  • Comfortable supporting and guiding business users
