About the role
- Lead operations in areas of injury prevention, safety communications, and hazardous materials compliance
- Develop and manage company safety programs and policies
- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments and implement risk mitigation measures
- Provide training and coaching to local Health & Safety Managers
- Conduct HSE audits and assessments
- Coordinate with OSHA, EPA, FDA, and address site-level issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a HSE management capacity supervising 5 or more associates
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene) preferred
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or similar certification preferred
- Bilingual preferred
