About the role

  • Provide HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders at sites/branches or within functions
  • Execute HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Compensation and Benefits
  • Establish robust recruitment processes and procedures
  • Implement and administer employee and labor relations programs that align with company goals
  • Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs
  • Provide coaching and consultation to managers and employees
  • Drive exit interview process and analyze data for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • General working knowledge of human resources
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
  • Previous experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems preferred
