About the role

  • Provides solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans
  • Involved in new hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisal systems
  • Maintains employee personnel files and HRIS system records in compliance with legal requirements
  • Supports hiring needs including posting jobs and screening candidates
  • Communicates company policies and supports leadership in enforcing policies
  • Assists in resolution of Associate Relations issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience working in Human Resource field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Recognized HR Professional Certification is a plus
  • Local language required
