About the role
- Provides solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans
- Involved in new hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisal systems
- Maintains employee personnel files and HRIS system records in compliance with legal requirements
- Supports hiring needs including posting jobs and screening candidates
- Communicates company policies and supports leadership in enforcing policies
- Assists in resolution of Associate Relations issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
- 3 years’ experience working in Human Resource field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Recognized HR Professional Certification is a plus
- Local language required
