About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day site operations with a focus on warehousing, receiving, and shipping
- Plan inbound and outbound volume and customer communication activities
- Manage people, including hiring, training, and performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and manage productivity and service goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated proficiency in applicable WMS systems
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
