About the role
- Provide and maintain effective customer service and satisfaction
- Assist customers with requests related to shipments
- Communicate with management and warehouse personnel
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues
- Audit air bills for completeness and accuracy
- Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Generally prefer 3-6 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient with Windows OS, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to type 45 WPM
- Good interpersonal skills required
- Must pass any required background checks and/or drug and alcohol tests.
