About the role

  • Oversee strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results of designated operations
  • Serve as primary customer interface for leadership decisions
  • Champion local continuous improvement activities, LEAN practices, and Six Sigma initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to corporate mission and client expectations
  • Develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7 years' experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
  • 5 years' leadership experience in logistics/distribution/supply chain operations management
  • Must work in unregulated temperatures in a warehouse setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in WMS systems
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, verbal) required
