About the role

  • Annotate and label logistics-related data including shipment records, delivery documents, route maps, images of packages or warehouses, sensor data, and other relevant datasets.
  • Follow specific annotation guidelines designed for logistics use cases to ensure high-quality data for machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and logistics experts to refine annotation standards and improve AI system accuracy.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or anomalies in logistics data to enhance model training quality.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of annotation procedures and updates to project requirements.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy goals within tight deadlines typical of fast-paced logistics environments.
  • Stay updated on new annotation tools and logistics industry trends relevant to AI applications.
  • Monitor process compliance in line with relevant legal provisions governing operational activities.
  • Facilitates operational call discussions with country stakeholders in the absence of Senior Specialists or Team Leaders.
  • Actively engages in testing new software tools as required by operational needs.
  • Conducts internal training sessions for new countries within the VT region.

Requirements

  • Higher education or during the learning.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with annotation software/tools.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Min. 6 months of work experience within Finance, Logistics and IT department is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in data annotation or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing concepts.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
