About the role

  • Collect, organize and analyze customer and operational data to deliver accurate reports, support customer service requests and improve service efficiency
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support daily business operations and customer service performance
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through data cleaning, validation and standardization
  • Collaborate with operations, IT and customers to address reporting and customer service needs
  • Support ad-hoc data requests, customer inquiries and analysis requests as needed

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service-related capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Relevant certifications (Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, etc.) are a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills, proficient with MS Office
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Ability to perform basic data interpretation and analysis
  • Understand data cleaning, validation and standardization
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) – preferred but not required
