About the role
- Collect, organize and analyze customer and operational data to deliver accurate reports, support customer service requests and improve service efficiency
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support daily business operations and customer service performance
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through data cleaning, validation and standardization
- Collaborate with operations, IT and customers to address reporting and customer service needs
- Support ad-hoc data requests, customer inquiries and analysis requests as needed
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service-related capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Relevant certifications (Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, etc.) are a plus
- Intermediate computer skills, proficient with MS Office
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Ability to perform basic data interpretation and analysis
- Understand data cleaning, validation and standardization
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) – preferred but not required
