About the role
- Provides solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans
- Evaluate client needs and effectively manage client relationships
- Maintains employee personnel files and HRIS records
- Supports hiring needs, including posting and screening jobs
- Assists in the resolution of Associate Relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary
- Creates and supports employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in Human Resource field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Recognized HR Professional Certification a plus
- Local language required.
- Ability to analyze HR processes and make practical recommendations.
