About the role

  • Provides solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans
  • Evaluate client needs and effectively manage client relationships
  • Maintains employee personnel files and HRIS records
  • Supports hiring needs, including posting and screening jobs
  • Assists in the resolution of Associate Relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary
  • Creates and supports employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience in Human Resource field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Recognized HR Professional Certification a plus
  • Local language required.
  • Ability to analyze HR processes and make practical recommendations.
