About the role
- contact the supplier and make sure the order arrives at our warehouse on time
- coordinate with the warehouse and support our customer
- processing incoming customer orders in our WMS
- handling claims and resolving issues in the order process
- monitoring deliveries and keeping customer relations updated about ongoing shipments
Requirements
- at least 2 years of work experience in customer service within a logistics environment
- a good command of Dutch (minimum B1 level) and English
