About the role
- develop a clear roadmap and ensure logistics, IT, and commercial teams come together in a forward-looking customer strategy
- ensure that internal teams and the client stay focused, expectations remain realistic, and plans stay actionable
- participate in QBRs, maintain close contact with stakeholders, and collaborate with a dedicated in-house operations manager
- mapping escalations, needs, and additional customer requests and translate these into concrete and actionable business plans or strategies
- developing an internal multi-year plan that identifies commercial opportunities, involving stakeholders, assessing risks, and ensuring the plan’s success
- acting on the client’s frequent changes and shifting priorities, collaborating to set achievable expectations and deliver results
- handling of accounts receivable and resolve disputes
- being the go-to person for the client on operational matters, monitor and safeguard established KPI targets, and deliver periodic client presentations
Requirements
- work experience in a commercial role within contract logistics (3PL)
- strong personality, able to tackle challenges and strengthen client relationships
- experience with contract negotiations and a seasoned, professional discussion partner
- drive, a commercial mindset, and long-term commitment to DSV
