About the role
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders at NHSA.
- Develop and execute advocacy plans to shape favorable policy environments.
- Track, analyze, and interpret evolving NHSA policies to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support the development and implementation of targeted advocacy plans focused on health insurance policy alignment.
- Participate in industry associations to align with national health security objectives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, public health, health economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, policy, or market access within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving outcomes such as NRDL inclusion or pricing negotiations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
