About the role
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central (DSV’s global HRIS powered by SAP SuccessFactors).
- Perform mass uploads of employee data.
- Manually update employee data at large scale.
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by creating reports and analyzing data.
- Create and carry out various audits to ensure master data is compliant with DSV policies and governance.
- Partner with managers and HR partners to correct data while providing education on DSV policies and DSV Employee Central functionality.
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient English (spoken and written).
