About the role

  • Responsible for defined categories within the Commercial cluster
  • Develop, maintain, and execute category strategies that support business priorities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to strengthen early dialogue and decision-making
  • Focus on category strategy, stakeholder partnership, supplier governance, and performance follow-up

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience within category management
  • Experience working with categories within Marketing, Commercial Operations, and/or Medical Affairs
  • Ability to engage constructively with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear category priorities
  • A structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach
  • Experience from regulated industries, including pharma, is an advantage.
