About the role

  • manage and guide a team of experienced system and process engineers
  • standardising and optimising processes for managing transport flows and TMS
  • analysing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient and standardised methods that can be applied locally
  • fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation
  • develop and implement advanced applications in Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence
  • designing and managing comprehensive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
  • applying AI technologies to automate and enhance data processes
  • act as the vital link between departments, translating technical solutions into concrete improvements that contribute to the organisation's strategic goals
  • identifying improvement opportunities and delivering process optimisations
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
  • standardising and documenting transport processes to ensure an efficient and consistent workflow

Requirements

  • completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or a related field
  • at least 3 years of experience in process optimisation and/or project management, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
  • experience with WMS and/or TMS systems, with a strong understanding of their role in logistics operations, along with knowledge of Power BI and an affinity for AI applications
  • leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team
  • knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a strong plus
