About the role

  • lead complex global projects, including new country onboarding and data migrations
  • define and implement standards, policies and governance models for P&O systems
  • ensure compliance with data privacy, security and labour regulations
  • oversee module rollouts and integrations in collaboration with global and local stakeholders
  • act as the Data Steward for DSV Employee Central
  • support audits and risk assessment
  • mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Requirements

  • hold a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • have 5+ years of experience managing HRIS/P&O technology projects in large, international organisations
  • bring solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or similar platforms
  • are experienced in governance, data management and process optimisation
  • lead with integrity, collaboration and a drive for continuous improvement
