About the role
- lead complex global projects, including new country onboarding and data migrations
- define and implement standards, policies and governance models for P&O systems
- ensure compliance with data privacy, security and labour regulations
- oversee module rollouts and integrations in collaboration with global and local stakeholders
- act as the Data Steward for DSV Employee Central
- support audits and risk assessment
- mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Requirements
- hold a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
- have 5+ years of experience managing HRIS/P&O technology projects in large, international organisations
- bring solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or similar platforms
- are experienced in governance, data management and process optimisation
- lead with integrity, collaboration and a drive for continuous improvement
