About the role
- Manage the compliance of product and equipment modelling and drawings
- Lead a team that creates, modifies, and maintains models, assemblies, and drawings
- Develop and lead objectives for the global drafting team
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize drafting processes
- Ensure collaboration with the systems teams on maintaining the required drafting tools and licenses
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on talent development and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science and Engineering or other relevant discipline
- 7 years relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to lead and deliver multiple complex global projects simultaneously
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across global time zones as required
- Fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts
